The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition (2009)

Do quests have time limits.
I was wondering, do side quests have time limits?

The vampire quest in Bruma does have a in-game 24 hour time limit once they tell you to go after the guy in the cave. They make it pretty clear that you need to get there before he leaves.

There's also a way later Oblivion gate quest that has about a 15 minute real-world time limit, you'll know when you get there.

I believe those are the only timed quests in the whole game.

That Oblivion gate quest is part of the main quest. It DOES have a IRL time-limit of about 15 minutes, but the time limit starts once the Great Gate opens, and that doesn't happen until you've killed a few waves of daedra.
