Evidence chest mod?

I'm looking for a mod that makes it so the game realises my non stolen items, such as my sword, bow or armor etc. Is not stolen and in fact belongs to me. Because I've noticed that when you break out of prison your owned items are said to be stolen, and when detained again will be taken and not be re-obtainable.

In fact, if anybody reading this knows of a mod to overhaul prison I'd be appreciative.
