The journeyman acrobatics perk sorta ruined stealth

So this has been an issue ive seen since 2008 and I cant for the life of me find a solution 10 years later. If you get the lvl50 acrobatics perk, you permanently use a power attack when in stealth. I like to clear out some dungeons fast and this ruins it for me. Does anyone know of anyway to fix this or is the only solution to never level acrobatics?

If you get level 50 in acrobatics, you only swing with swords slowly when youre in stealth.

In my experience, all stealth attacks are "slow", irrespective of skills. Maybe you're using a mod that affects things?

No because its only just started since i hit 50 acrobatics. ive played with the same mods for 40 hours already. But after some testing, it may just be the animation. I killed a monster before the sword fully completed its swing so my game is using the wrong animations suddenly. Oh well.
