Voice acting broken

I am playing and all of a sudden random npcs loose their voice acting. Even the guard in Corruption and Consience when he had voice acting before. Help would be appreciated.

I play the german version with unofficial patch. Only a few people have this "bug" I don't know if this is a vannila thing...

I have unofficial patch too, But important npcs have this bug. :/ I have a few mods
