Report a translation problem
I have way enough though. The game requires 512mb and I have 4go on this laptop, so definitely that's not the issue. Furthermore, if it was, the game wouldn't work so good.
Dude what ? That's not how it works.
Even with Oblivion launched memory peaks at 2.4Go of use out of 3.5, and I have other programs opened as well. But I don't see how all this could be relevant to that issue since It does the same thing no matter what is opened / what is not
it is, I'm soon planning to get something top of the line. but it shouldn't behave that way regardless. I have a couple mods installed so I'll try to see if anything works better without.
You could try reinstalling steam at one point, to see if it makes a difference.
Perhaps you're having an issue with steam thinking that every time you launch Oblivion, it thinks that you're launching it for the first time, so it's downloading and installing files for Direct x 9 for example.
