How do I exit the window without closing it?
When I played the game in window mode, I couldn't move my cursor out of my game window to move it, nor could I press the Windows key to exit the window. How can I exit the game window without quitting the game?

Press Windows Start key on key board and it should bring your focus back to apps above Windowed Oblivion. Open a browser or any other app would also give you back full control. Use alt+tab to get back to game.

The start key is actually the Windows key that I mentioned. When I pressed it, I was still locked into the game window. I still can't interact with anything other than the game window even after pressing Alt+Tab.

Nevermind. I could still use Alt+Tab, but I can't move the game window!
