Check mods that cause the crash by deactivating them and starting the game to check for crashes. Welcome to the world of modded games.
Clean your DLC master files using TES4Edit.
Run Wrye Bash and look for any red boxes that would indicate a missing master file.
You might also want to create a Bashed Patch while you are at it to merge the leveled lists so your mods are more compatible with each other, because you have quite a few that add new things to the game.
the UOP face fix is included in the bashed patch and is wasting an .esp slot
why are you using natural environments; it's deprecated by all natural, and known to be buggy
to say nothing of how trying to install somebody's (objectively flawed) FCOM loadout when you don't understand modding basics is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dumb
All the unoffical patches should be above everything but their own parent .esp.
Also, I looked very carefully, but I could not see marts monster mod.esp in the list at all.
Should move supreme magicka.esp up near the top by OOO.esp
You have 2 mods that reduce spawn rates, one could be conflicting the other
You have the "no undead rise.esp" while also using the "undead rise fix.esp."
Oblivion_Character_overhaul.esp might possibly be conflicted with OOO
Im not familar with several others you have there, but those are the possible issues I see.
