Okay, this is some Mandella Effect stuff. I was sure this was a thing too, but I don't think it shows up in this list. Check out this video someone made showing 100% faction ranks where they scroll through the list:

I also booted up my game where I have a character that definitely did the quest and cleared the castle. I think all it does is cause random people to start saying, "Hey, you're the Hero of Kvatch!" and it doesn't actually show in the list here.

People will simply refer to you as such when you talk to them or pass and they take notice of you them.
Later on you also earn the moniker "Savior of Bruma" which will also get you a statue built in your name.
There are several others you can earn by closing oblivion gates that threaten the other cities.
Like in Chorrol some will start referring to you as "Hero of Chorrol"
Of all monikers you earn during the main quest only one is an actual title and that is "Champion of Cyrodiil" as it's the highest rank in the Order of the Dragon which is a faction.
