Tandilwe and her beggars for mercantile training

I followed the list of beggars from the above link but tandilwe is still saying there are more.
Have I missed any?
Do i have to click on the 'rumours' button in order to have spoken with them?
some I played with disposition only/have a coin beggar.
I thought any interaction would be enough.

No, it's the speechcraft quest btw
After you've spoken to every beggar in Cyrodiil, you have to go back to her.. The quest wont update, until after you've spoken to every single beggar and spoken to her.
You don't have to click on rumors or anything like that, just engage in a conversation
