Taking care of Lex
Ok so I got the forged papers and now I'm meant to go to the Imperial compound and get some sort of "Official stamp"
But when I go to where my marker points me to go I just see it pointing to a bench in the legion office by the prison
Am I missing something here because I can't place the forged papers on or in anything So am I meant to give them to a gaurd because none of them have any unique dialoge options related to any "List"

P.s Am I meant to talk to Adamus Philida (can't spell his name) because I killed him during the DB questline

On the desk is a sealing stamp. Activate it.
