But if it's really that big a deal, you don't even need mods to work around it. Alteration spells can pop locks right open for you, and once you hit level 10, this quest[en.uesp.net] will solve all your lock picking problems forever.
Same. I tried teaching my GF but she's just too impatient. Don't click if the tumbler jerks up, click if it slowly rises with the lockpick.
But yeah. The game alreay supplies you with lock hacks so I'm pretty sure a mod for it is rare or non-existant.
Warrior - Skeleton key
Mage - open lock spells
Thief/Assassin - I buy as many lockpicks, as I can
If I am lazy or play as multiclass, I will again get skeleton key.
1. knock the lock up, when it moves slowly click when it's at the top
2. repeat for remaining
There are other options too if you find this too complicated, there is an auto attempt which uses your characters skills instead of player skill like the pre-oblivion games did, there are unlock spells too which is just a simple cast and open.

Activation on space is dumb. E is superior.
Ran out of lockpicks?
