The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition (2009)

Glitch. Any possible fixes?
Alright, this is a bit of an odd one.
I had a bug where I couldn't advance through the quest Imperial Dragon Armor
So I forced it to update with console command "setstage MQDragonArmor 30"
Now, I didn't actually receive the armor... Naturally this wouldn't bother me
But I wanted to use the console command "addscriptpackage0009e69b" to make a clone of my character and then have them follow me around. Which works, however they wear the dragon armor... I DON'T HAVE!
And there's no way for me to get the armor off of them. It doesn't show in their inventory.
I have more expensive armor I want them to wear, but I can't make them change.
Does anyone have any ideas for how to fix this? thanks.

Went back to an old save and it still happens. Not sure what's wrong.

Yeah I do.
I managed to figure out the problem. Somehow my character ended up having Martins Dragon armor. I had to manually put in the ID's for all of the parts and remove them one by one off the character, despite them not showing in the inventory. Not sure how they got there since I didn't enter the testing hall, but it's alright now.
