1. Gift of Kynareth (old, but still playable)
2. The Lost Spires (big mod...not entirely/completely lore friendly)
3. Kagrenir Death Quest (lost of small quests added here and there, and one big quest... it's kinda funny, as it doesn't take itself too seriously...)
4. Reclaiming Sancre Tor... (IMO professional level quest mod... post main quest, though)
5. Kvatch Rebuilt (a bit temperamental... as in, you may have glitches and stuff and have to figure out how to solve them/ask in their forums, buy enjoyable)
6. The Knights of the Nine Revelations (superb quest mod, post KotN main quest.)
7. Integration: The Stranded Light (impressive in scope, and with lots of complex quest interactions/skill requirements/puzzles, etc... not for all players/tastes, though)
8. Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul, (has lots of quests some spanning several areas and with different endings/triggers... definitely one of my favs of all time)
9. The Ayleid Steps (not a quest mod per-se, but it has lots of stuff to do and a quest that spans most of the mod contents... the new areas added are awesome.)
10. (If you have the Wizard's Tower DLC) I like Frostcrag Spire Reborn... it has a big quest and some interesting areas.
12. AFK Weye adds lots of quests... awesome mod.
13. Many of Arthmoor villages add quests (sometimes hidden, some small, some bigger), and at least in the case of Faregyl is a long and interesting quest... totally recommendable, with an awesome ending :)
14. Some player homes come with interesting quests, of the top of my head, I remember Glenvar Castle, a bit castle mod... with had an awesome quest.
15. ... There are many many more that I haven't still played myself, so I can't recommend propertly, but they've been always on my radar for the future:
- The Dungeon of Ivelon
- The Darkness of Castle Hei-li
- The Heart of the Dead
- Indornia
- Windfall
- Gates to Aesgaard
- Dark Brotherhood Chronicles (even if I dislike the dark brotherhood with passion, I think that mod is top notch quality and totally recommendable.)
That's all I can think for now... if I remember something I missed, I'll edit later.
Good luck!
Whoa wait you don't like the Dark Brotherhood Questline?
Lol... not that, is not that I don't like the quests... I played through them once and they are OK.
Truth is I really dislike the writing style of Emil Pagliarulo, the main author of the whole Sithis nonsense... and the fact that he butchered pre-existing lore.
But all in all, I tend to play chaotic good characters that don't make an habit of killing random NPCs at all... if I visited by Lachance at all (rarely, maybe because bug in a mod that sometimes makes enemy NPCs randomly non-evil/innocent, or because I honestly didn't noticed I killed an innocent NPC while fighting stuff... sometimes happen due to adventurers added by some overhauls that fight alongside with you in dungeons, if you find them) I normally kill him on the spot and forget about them.
