I got the Deluxe edition, atleast when I search it in the store it says the deluxe edition is in my libarary
I had a modded game, in good newb to modding style i broke the game so reinstalled the game so its clean now. After wich i remembered those addons or whatever you call them so yeah... :/
As for the thicking you mean in the data file option of the launcher right? Cause I got no options in there :/
No options in your data files? Perhaps it's a faulty install? Try verifying your game files, it should replace and/or add new files to ones missing.
After you get to that make sure the Mod files have been deleted from the Data folder, if not delete them manually. Then delete all the files there then head to: C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Oblivion make sure to replace USERNAME with your username. Delete the folder and then it should say re-install since the folders have all been manually deleted.
Also make sure you turn off cloud sync if that is enabled as it may be re-installing the corrupted game files from your Cloud Storage.
The deluxe edition is the GotY edition but with additional DLC[steamdb.info]. This DLC can only be purchased by buying the deluxe edition, which is a bundle - you can't purchase it separately. Whichever version you get, though, you'll own the GotY edition as far as your library is concerned!
So, two things to check:
First, right click the game in your library, select Properties, and check the DLC tab. If you own the additional deluxe content it'll be listed there as "Oblivion Game of the Year DLC". If it's there but unticked then all you need to do is tick the "install" box and wait for the download.
If you're still not sure after that, goto the Steam menu (top left of the client), then Settings => Account => View Account Details => View purchase history. Then Ctrl+F and type Oblivion, see if the Deluxe tag is included in the name there.
