Anyway OP I don't think anything in the game levels with you without mods. I strongly advise installing one of the many item levellers out there, it'll save you a lot of annoyance.
The only items I've found that seem to be unaffected by any item-level mod are the madness and amber gear pieces you can craft in Shivering Isles. Save that for level 25 or whatever the final tier is.

xx's are your load order use Wrye Bash the first 2 numbers are what you're after, then the item code,think that's right been drinking so might not be
Luck doesn't increase the damage directly, it increases the chance of the Daedric Banishment script effect happening on strike, which kills the target instantly regardless of their Health or how much damage your strike did.
