Oblivion Character Overhaul V2 isn't working!
First I've installed OBSE, Blockhead and then Oblivion Character Overhaul. Human characters haven't changed at and other races have either black faces or transparent.
I have the latest version of the mentioned mods and don't have any other NPC-affecting mods installed.
Please let me know if you know how to fix this, thanks.

black faces usually mean missing textures ,that's a recent mod so i don't think Archive invalidated is required, any other mods running ? in the warnings it reads

-Hair/eye packs that affect vanilla races
-Any mods that affect vanilla NPCs
-Mods that change racial stats

not running any of those ?

I had a mod that improves facial animations but it didn't work so I uninstalled it via NMM.
Except of that, none

NMM isn't really set up to install older mods and i wouldn't use it unless the author states it,try reinstalling the mod and make sure the facial animations mod was properly removed,is OBSE working correctly ?

OBSE is working correctly.
The author himself suggests using NMM only. The mod was last updated in 2014, don't know if you consider this old for NMM. Damn

Neska states in her page at nexus that OCO2 should be used with NMM.

I believe that there is some left overs from Another face mod or that OBSE and blockhead dosent work correctly.

Try installing the mod manually.
Check if you really have archive invalidation activated.
Then Install OBSE, OCO2 and Blockhead.

i also recommend installing "Seamless - OCOv2 Edition", it fixes many bugs with the original OCO2.

try using wrye bash with boss and do a bashed patch. i was hesitent to use these at first, but it really does make installing mods and auto resolving confilcts easy.
