Bug?

I recently purchased the game and am struggling with the controler mapping, on my xbox one controller it doesn't recognize the left and right triggers and will not let me change the direction I'm looking at. With the keyboard it doesn't recognize which ever button I map casting spells to and only activates spells when I attack, in which it will then constantly use the same spell unitl I'm out of magicka, I can't find any answers to this online, could anyone help? Thanks

This game doesn't support controller well.

It supported a controller just fine on the Xbox 360. Back when it first came out, I had it on both PC and 360 and was able to extract the 360 version's INI file which listed the controller layout, but since then I seem to have lost the file, and have not been able to extract it again. I can't recall how I did it - Xport360 or some other method.
