Oblivion Character Creation Camera Glitch
So when I make a new game, and i am the in the Imperial City Prison, I am about to make my character. I notice that if I press W, A, S, or D, the camera that's centered on the character's face starts to move. Any idea what's causing this or how to fix it?

You mean you can move the camera during character creation? Nice.

Installed any mods? I think Blockhead plugin allows this - but it definitely should not be in the default game.
If you hold down left mouse and move the camera, it should reset if I'm correct

blockhead's fault

typically you'd only have installed it because OCO requires it
