Need help with a mod.

Hey yall. It's my first time using a mod with this game (I don't mod much in general), and I'm trying to download this "Realistic leveling" mod, located here.

The person to wrote this wrote that...

"** ATTENTION: This mod requires OBSE v0020 or greater, and should be installed with OBMM v1.1.2 or greater!**"

And I can totally download OBSE, but his link for OBMM doesn't work, and looking it up online, I can't find any version of OBMM further than 1.1.12, not 1.1.2.

Would 1.1.12 be greater than 1.1.2? I'm not sure how the naming works with these files and stuff. The 1.1.12 one that I did find seems to be from 2008, so it seems quite old. If not, is there a link to the newer one located somewhere?

Also, on a side note, will using this programs cause any issues with steam, like seeing the whole thing as a cheat or something, causing a ban from the system or whatever?

12 is more than 2 so i guess 1.1.12 is a later version than 1.1.2.. btw: I use obmm 1_1_12 full installer-2097,, found it on the nexus i think. and it works fine!

Install Realistic Leveling and Intsall OBSE must be done seperatedly.
You must Download OBSE manually and You MUST read OBSE's documentation before Intsall OBSE.
You must install OBSE manually.
