Cheydinhal Oblivion portal

So I talked to the count in Cheydinhal about Aid For Bruma and he tells me to talk to some other guy that I can't find. Am I supposed to follow the Wayward Knight quest path at this point, or do I need to find this guy the count wants me to talk to?

Go to the UESP site and type the quest name. There is a detail walkthrough if you are stuck.

I think he's asking you to go to the oblivion gate outside the town there's is a guard you need to talk to

Go talk to a guard in or out of the castle(cant remember) he will tell you about the portal outside the city you need to destroy it
