(HELP) Oblivion Crashes on Load and New Game

Honestly I've tried about everything I could find to try fix it, disabling all my mods, deleting my INI, Trying to use Conscribe and TES4 edit to diagnose, The only things that I did before these crashes were:
1. Update Oblivion Reloaded from 5.0 to 6.0.
2. Change my INI to Read-Only.
and 3. Made a bashed patch with CBash Beta (I've tried disabling this too to see if it was the problem to no avail and I use CBash as regular mode crashes and dosen't create a patch).
I also use TES Mod Manager if it matters.

It's crashing because the Nvidia update screwed HDR up, and I'm pretty sure you are using NVDIa or else it wouldn't be happening. Turn off HDR and it will load up

in OblivionReloaded.ini turn off EquipmentMode. The best way for me
