How to rotate camera around toon?

I have to say atm when I rotate my camera it rotates with character in 3rd person view. How to rotate around it?

Is there a mod for it? I could swear it should rotate around character by default.. :|

is your weapon active/inhand?
if so put weapon away and you should be able to view character from all angles...

You may need to hold the view button (V by default, but could just be me, I assign everything alphabetically). (Usually one of the sticks on a controller).

Nah, im in 3rd i even unequip arrows, weapon or shield.. and I do not use fist in fightning position and it still rotates with me.. is this could be a bug?

You can also hold down whatever button you have bound to switch between 1st and 3rd person views. I.E if you have f bound to toggle between views, hold it down and you can rotate around your character

Ive just tried that ingame, and remembered I used to press caps lok to rotate, useful for fighting too or moving and sneaking..

On offtopic, im soo not biased but I just think oblivion is a lot better than skyrim.. I miss my forts and ayleid ruins that are very immersive.. and daedric portals are the epic :)
