Stuck Walking Forward

When I first created my character and spawned in the jail cell, my character started walking forwards on his own. I could not stop this at all. Auto-walk is not on and I do NOT have any controllers plugged in. I am only using a Corsair keyboard and a Roccat mouse.

Is there any fix for this besides "unplug your controller" because I do not have one plugged in and that seems to be the only "fix" for this issue.

go to your Oblivion ini file & click Edit. (Notepad is fine).
Right at the bottom is controls.
Try taking away the auto move/always run options to blank (no hex number) as applicable.

This SHOULD work.
Note this is changing a control so this will liekly remove the ability to use the key in game.
If this doesn't work, just change it back to the default hex.
