Downgrade from GOTY Deluxe to Standard for other language

I bought the GOTY Deluxe which is available only in English because of some AddOns. If I want to buy the standard version for other languages, Steam says I can't buy the game twice. Any ideas?

I can't promise that this download is safe, but it's the only info I can find about a German patch for GOTY. Only thing on Nexus is a bunch of mod translations.

I approve. I additionally enabled all the data files (community patches) and it's playable in German.

I tested it for a while now and over all this German patch works pretty good. Problems which sometimes occur:

* Texts are too long for the boxes (graphics come from the English version)
* Formatting of books is broken
* Missing translation/synchro in some dialogues
