where and how do i change my active quests?

i cant find it when i push tab or anything please help

It's in the menu that pops up when you push Tab.

1.At the bottom of that menu, there's a series of buttons, and the one that brings up your journal is the one at the right.
2.Select that, and you see another screen. (So you should have seen two new screens.)
3.Again, there's buttons at the at the bottom that change between menus, and the one you want is third from the right. Once there, just click on a quest to make it active.

just press J for journal and click the quest on the side once to activate and once to disable

In the Journal, ate the Map tab you can see a Hand holding a grail, that's your active quest. If you switch to the grail thos are your quests and the bunch of grails are your completed quests.
