BUY A REAL GRAPHICS CARD
From personal experience, you can, however, play Hearthstone with no issues.
Important specs:
AMD A8-6600k Black Edition with a Radeon HD 8570D inside (non-dedicated)
8 GB RAM
In other words, go for it! I think you should at least be able to have an enjoyable experience at lowest settings!
That's... kind of a bad comparison. Their computer is just decent. Meanwhile, you have a real gaming computer. Oblivion will run on a potato, but that chipset will be an extreme bottleneck.
Also, I remember what happened now. I had a "Intel Q35 Express Chipset Family", which is pretty similar to what they have. Theirs has a little bit faster core speeds, that's it. I believe I managed to LAUNCH Oblivion, though that says very little about its actual playability. It may not have even run.
Either way, I specifically remember having to play Oblivion on my junky laptop before I was able to buy a graphics card, so something wasn't going right. If it didn't work for me, it probably won't work for them.
