Though I'm really fond of the cave that sinks into an Ayleid ruin near the Imperial City. Wish all the caves in this game were that interesting... :P
If you enter a door to an "Oblivion Cave" then check your map, you'll find the name of the area changed. That's because the area you enter is randomly chosen from a list of different cells when you enter the cave.
It was a really cool idea that I don't know why they didn't try to expand on. All it needed was for the cells to stand out more individually. Imagine every dungeon was, largely the same, but with slight changes, like different arenas and trap placements.
