Keybindings? + Ectoplasm

I played skyrim for almost 300 hours so when i bought oblivion pressing e to jump and space to interact was very weird so i get those moments when i steal things instead of jumping so is there a way to bind keys also =-=-=WHERE DO I FIND ECTOPLASM=-=-=

Ectoplasm you find on ghosts and wraiths, which you typically find in Alyied ruins (the oblivion equivalent of Draugr ruins). Some ruins have more 'ghost' type enemies than others, and all enemies in caves respawn every 3 in game days (even if you've cleared a cave). A good cave to farm for ghost enemies is Vahtacen, which is visited for a Mages guild quest.
