No Workshop?
I MGHT be interested in buying this game for PC but I am absolutely astonished that there's no workshop support. Oblivion is extremely moddable, just as Skyrim is. So why is there no workshop support?

Because the game is too old. Only one Elder Scrolls game has a workshop (out of 5 games) and that is Skyrim (NOT Skyrim Special Edition. That uses bethesda.net). Oblivion Nexus is a very good place to get mods for Oblivion.

Oblivion is still be modded. If you go to Nexus for Oblivion you will find a lot of mods. The first place to start is with tools like OBSE, Wrye Bash, TES4Exit and OBMM. Read the instructions carefully, read the comments as well and you will see that there is a lot of good support, and unlike Steam you control up-dating and maintaining your game. If you do buy it have fun :D

Alright. Thanks both of you. Lol. If I buy the game, I'll definitely use the Nexus site. I know it well.
Nexus is a bit of a pain in the ass to use. Not the website, just the mod manager. I suggest using the Oblivion Mod Manager to install mods.

Oblivion was produced long before Bethesda partnered up with Steam for their games. Using the Workshop didn't start happening until Skyrim, three games and several years after it was released. By then there was no need to set one up for Oblivion since it was already an old game, and they weren't going to bother with it too much. The modding community was already well established at the Nexus by that time, so it would have been pointless to create one.

I don't use the Nexus Download Manager.

Yeah, I suppose you're right. It's really amazing how old Oblivion really is and how popular it STILL remains. I love it, but I'm just not sure if I want it for PC... I have it for Xbox currently and that's what I'm used to.

If you still like it, you should get it for your PC. Mods can turn the game into a completely new experience for you.
