You already have the DLC installed so that probably cut down a little bit of the size of it.
Mines 5170mb which is a fair bit less than what you have... I'm still in the process of downloading the game but that doesnt look good so far.

so it looks like everythings there. Strange how yours was bigger. Maybe the localization stuff?
I'll give it another look and come back with an actual number!
Shivering isles is on both versions of the game . Goty game comes with shivering isles and knights of the nine. Goty deluxe comes with those as well as the extra houses and quest dlcs.
Steam for all intents and purposes thinks deluxe and goty are the same thing (so if you own one it says you own both which you don't, and if you wanted to upgrade you'd have to get steam to remove the game from your library and buy the other one at full price).
You should be able to see what version you have if you open the game so the launcher comes up (thing that has play, data files, settings, etc) and click data files. You will see shivering isles.esm, knights of the nine.esm files, and if you have deluxe the other ones like horse armor.esp should also be in there.
The only .esm file I have in there is 'Oblivion.esm', but I do have 'Knights.bsa' and 'Knights.esp' so perhaps that is knights or the nine and I've got everything. :)
Yeah if you got the horse armour and other dlc then you do in fact have goty edition. The other two big expansions are included in both so you should be fine.
