Porphyroc Hemophilia Bug
My character is a vampire but while fighting another one I contracted the disease.

From the UESp wiki on Vampirism:[en.uesp.net]

"Resist Disease effects - even if at 100% or higher - will not decrease the chance of your character catching Porphyric Hemophilia. This is not a bug; rather, it is a feature - one introduced in the 1.1.511 patch, possibly so that Vicente Valtieri would be able to give you vampirism in Darkness Eternal."

So even though Vampirism grants the character 100% disease resistance, they can still 'catch' the Vampire Disease. I don't know whether or not this will effect anything [my guess it that it won't], but you can probably remove it using a Cure Disease spell or potion as you would if you had caught the disease without becoming a vampire.

I think even once you're vampirism-proof as a result of having been a vampire and then getting the vampire cure, you can still catch Porphyric Hemophilia, it just can't turn you into a vampire again.

Also, the same patch made Astral Vapors ignore disease resistance. Some consider this a bug.

If you got contracted Porphyric Hemophilia again while you are already Vampire, it is BUG!

Because the Game has a Variable to see Vampires has Disease named vampire.hasdisease.
When you turn into Vampire this Game set this variablle into -1.

You can check this variables's value via console
Just bring up console with ~ the type as follows
show vampire.hasdisease

If vampire.hasdisease shows 1, something is wrong
Just set this to -1
set vampire.hasdisease to -1

This has nothing to do with Poryphyric Hemophilia, it has to do with vampirism itself.

That is, once you've cured your vampirism, you can never again become a vampire, but you can still contract the disease.

You can't get contracted Poryphiric Hemophilia from Vampires since they do not have that disease.

....You... you literally get Poryphyric Hemophilia from vampires. That's how you literally become a vampire.

What the hell.

Can you under stand what i taking about?
If we turn into vampire the game system set in game variable vampire.hasdisease to -1.
And while vampire.hasdisease == -1 no vampire can give Poryphyric Hemophilia that is all i say.
Before becoming vampire, vampires can give us that disease.

Curing Vampirism
In the base game, curing vampirism involves a lengthy quest. Once cured, it is not normally possible to become a vampire again (except via console commands), even though Melisande says that her services will be available if needed in the future. You still can contract "Porphyric Hemophilia" normally after that, but it behaves just like any normal disease then - drain fatigue 5 until cured, without any special effects from sleeping.

The Vile Lair official plug-in has a Font of Renewal that can cure vampirism much more easily than going through the Vampire Cure quest. Just like with the standard vampire cure, you cannot become a vampire again after using the Font to cure your vampirism.

Becoming a Vampire Again (After Being Cured)
Although it is still possible to contract Porphyric Hemophilia after being cured, a character can never become a vampire again without the use of a mod or the console. This is due to the fact that either method of being cured of the condition sets pcvampire and vampire.hasdisease to -1. Since you cannot have porphyric hemophilia twice at the same time, this value can never reach 1. Prior to being infected they are both set at 0 and this is what allows the transformation to take place. There are several mods that change this, and different ways of doing it via the Console.

In other words, it's entirely possible to contract the disease, it's just that it increases vampire.hasdisease to 0 instead of 1

I know all of these UESP descripions and I know how Cure for Vampirism potion works because I look into these mechanism via CSE(construction set)
And I myself had talked about curing vampirism here.

So you do not check what I say by yourself.
If you have a character save data who contracted Poryphyric Hemophilia but not be vampirfe yet, you easily check what i have said.
Then you will know how vampire.hasdisease values changes.

I am aware that vampire.hasdisease value changes - in fact I even quoted it.

However, I haven't seen *any* evidence that it actually stops vampires from infecting you with porphyric hemophilia, only that it stops porphyric hemophilia from actually turning you into a vampire.
I believe the game only "transitions" you from the disease to vamprism once, I've experienced this but even after sleeping a week later it didn't transform me a second time, so I don't think there's much to worry about I'd say just pray or drink a cure disease potion if it's bothering you.
