Game breaking bug: I cant move or act
I was doing a mages guild quest and as I entered Fort Ontus I ceased being able to move. My magicka was not regenerating, nor was my fatigue. I can look around, but I can't move. I can drop items, but I can't pick them up. I can do things so long as it is only in a menu (ex:alchemy) but I can't interact with anything. I tried using console commands to be able to fly around, but even then I couldn't move. I also cant change to third person camera, and when I change to a free floating camera via console commands I can't move the camera at all. I was able to use console commands to teleport out of the fort, and from there I could fast travel. When I fast traveled my magicka and fatigue would regenerate, but much slower than I would expect it too. If anyone can help me out with this bug I would greatly appreciate it!

Happened to me during the Thieve's Guild questline.
I've tried this and it does nothing, I can disable player controls and reenable them and that doesn't work either.

I've had a bug similar to this. After some investigation I noticed that I had -18 hp. I guess my character was in some sort of wierd undefined behaviour state. No idea how to fix it though
