I would suggest looking at other similar discussions and being more specific about how you want the game to be "better" since it is a very subjective term. Hope you find what you are looking for!

I think the only mod that will bring this game to be aceptable by todays standards is "Skyblivion", it's technically a mod for Syrim doe.

But if you must play the original game right now, use this for that weird bleeding thing that happens to your eyes when looking at the character's faces.

For some reason Morrowind's graphics actually are easier on the eyes.

I disagree but then I can tolerate the graphics for both games easily. In fact, I find Oblivion's potato-faced people to be charmingly adorable, making the game feel more whimsical and amusing.

that's one of the two reasons i use enhanced genetics overhaul over OCO

the other is that it's infinitely more compatible with other mods
