Can't move

I'm slower than molasses. I can't move. It took me like a whole minute to get across the cell inthe beginning. I can move if I use a controller at normalspeed but I can't roate the camera without the mouse. i reset all teh controls and took away controller settings and I can't move like at all.

Do you have a controller plugged in? Try unplugging it.

Are you aware that you walk by default, and need to hold a key (or use the toggle key) in order to run? And yes I mean "run". "Running" and "sprinting" are two different things, and sprinting is not in Oblivion (by default, but mods are a different story.)

For me Caps Lock is the toggle for running and walking.

go to the options in game and be sure you have wsad for your movement
