Attributes Red Help Problem

so, my Attributes (luck, agility ex) are red and i dont know how to fix it... i dont have any thing in the effect tab (some say it sould not show up there, but im just puting it out there)

i have tryed praying at a temple
i have tryed drinking/eating thing that restore the Attributes and nothing has worked

need help Thx ;P

Drink restore luck potion.

Without UOP.
If your Birthsign is Atronach, it sometimes prevent altar's effect (absorb magical effects)

If your Birthsign is Atronach: im shadow sign and a argoinan because of awsome lore stuff

i guess i just gota setav my attributes untill i figure out the problem, because it seems like its a bug or something that sould not happen becasue i cant find a fix :/

"Damage Attribute" is an effect within the game, it's a spell effect that lowers your attribute by a certain amount, doesn't show up under active effects in the magic screen and is permanent until you use the "Restore Attribute" effect. Attributes that have been lowered by Damage Attribute will appear red in the character screens. Altars in the chapels in each city can be used to restore attributes, there are other options but the altars are the best choice.
