Weak Fireball
Does the damage over time effect stack, or does hitting a second fireball just reset the timer?

Every second deals 5 fire damage to target for 3 second.
But you cannot make it Doubled 5 fire damage if you hit 2nd weak fireball.
Use this every 3 second is most effective manner.
