The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition (2009)

Good mods for a "Healer" character?
Not a pacifist.

Rather, a defensive magic user of healing and/or holy arts who does *not* know the art of destruction (I really hate that it's a part of the class in this game - one more reason to make my own class). May be more associated with the temples than most mages. Will probably use maces. Might study conjuration but primarily for the purposes of banishing daedra instead of summoning them. (Though how to do that without summoning daedra myself is a good question.)

Mostly, I'm wondering about quest mods or such that cater more to this playstyle than what's in vanilla + expansions + dlc. I will be using a mod that allows me to harm undead with healing and vampires with light.

I'm not sure companion mods will be helpful in this instance because Oblivion AI is........ what it is.

You might want to look up a mod that increases the XP rate for Restoration, since it is one of the slowest skills to level up, unless you are into how slowly it levels up.

Illusion and Mysticism have a multiplier of 3.00, Alteration is 4.00, and Conjuration is 6.00 while Restoration is only 0.600. As you can see Restoration is going to be much slower to level up compared to the other schools of magic.

Restoration does not need to be a high as the other skills, but it could really benefit from an increase of double or triple its current rate imo.

I think I can tweak that with the uncapper mod, actually, if I remember correctly.
