[SOLVED] Oblivion Shivering Isles DLC not start.

I have Oblivion GOTY Deluxe Edition. Shivering Isles.esp is checked in Data Files. I already complete main quest and all Guild quest but A Strange Door quest still not show up in my quest log. Any ideas? I have all unofficial patch installed and I do use Alternative Start Arrive by Ship mod. Maybe that the cause of problem? and how do I fix this. Is there any console command to force the quest to start?

Try waiting a few days or you could try getting to the middle of Niben Bay, east of Bravil and see if the door is there.

Many thanks. I cast water walking spell and go to middle of Niben Bay and found the door there.
