Sleeping
Sleeping in any bed triggers an animation to lay in the bed, but the actual sleep and level up menu never appears. This problem persists even after all mods are turned off. Anyone here have some advice for me?

Sounds like one of the additions of Oblivion Reloaded. If you are using it, there is a setting in the INI to turn off the sleep mode.

Disabling Oblivion Reloaded ESP may still allow the OBSE plugin dll to still run, so that may be why.
