item image mess
Some items have their image distorted like a colory mess. I don't use any mods. Reinstalling the game and verifying game files dit not fix it.

Did you try changing the texture quality? Any settings? Resolution?

yup. some items are just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. clothes, not weapons or consumables or armor. some pants and clogs. nothing major, as long as it's nothing more than just a harmless bug.
