My game is very dark and i can't see anything!

When i enter the game it is jsut darkness and i can barely see anything! How do i fix it?

i just kinda.... got a better computer or try going into %AppData% and going back to AppData then local then clay then saved then config then windows then gameusersettings then globalillumination set it to 3 if its lower than that or set higher than 3 if that does not work just get a better com- ok you know.

Same but I have updated my graphic card and direct x to leatest version and my graphic card is better then requirements why
