"Fatal Error!" or dark screen problems.

Hello everyone,
Thanks for playing Garten of Banban! We've had reports of 2 main issues people are facing.

1. The "Fatal Error!"
2. The screen and brightness being very dark.

Both issues are caused by the GPU. Make sure to update your graphics card drivers to the latest versions and make sure DirectX is also updated to the latest version.

User @AJR Fan found an alternative solution if you still can't get it to work:
"Go to properties of the game. You will see the launch option bar on the bottom. You will have to type -d3d11 for it to work."

Hopefully that will fix it :)

это еще зависит от мощности видеокарты.если она слабая то там будет темно очень.и это правда я играла вчера на старом ноуте(он слабый)было темно а сейчас играла откуда пишу(на мощном)и было все светло

Caused by GPU ???? My old card is updated, can't update it no more, but how come I can play EVERY SINGLE game, from indie basic, every emulator, AAA games, you name it, anything that my GPU can handle, for years now, YEARS !!! without a SINGLE issue, but here come the developers of Garten of BanBan telling me the ISSUE with THEIR GAME is "caused by MY GPU" *insert facepalm gif
