Why is this free on other stores and not here?

I've seen this game for free on the win8 store, on chrome, and there's even a web version free too. Don't get me wrong I don't mind paying for my games, just wondering if devs made it paid here because steam usually means good sales.

It's not Valve. Valve can recommend the price, but it's Zepto Labs who have decided they want this to cost £10. They're trying to con us PC users...

it's also not free on IOS, the IOS has a free version which involves 18 levels (first 2 boxes with only 9 levels of each), i believe the paid version on app store is cheaper than this though(i don't remember what's the cost, i only checked once and it was long ago)

You are correct. Zepto are testing the PC audience most likely.
But seeing if we'd pay £10 for a phone port? That's a joke.
