Morrowind Overhaul: For people who want to play Morrowind with better graphics, but without the hassle of finding and applying each mod and texture pack, there is ANOTHER way!

The MO pack brings together a vast collection of textures for the game as well a large number of mods that improve viusals and various graphical aspects into one SIMPLE installer package. It brings over 10 years of hard modding work of the community all together bringing the graphics of Morrowind up to par (if not better) with Oblivion.

So for those of you who haven't played the game NOW THERE'S NO EXCUSE, and for those that have....well time to jump in AGAIN!! :)

I left a link to the blog page for Morrowinf Overhaul inm my first post....the devs answer a lot of the questions that are posted there.....there is no definitive release date set at present...they have said soon and it is likely to be out most certainly within the next 1-2 months having seen that they are now testing the final pre-release package.

1-2 months? FFS, they said it was going to be released within a week on their site like a month ago...lame.

I'll still keep an eye on it in the future though but I just won't get my hopes up any more.

Why are you so upset? It's not as if they get paid to do it do they? Things get delayed...they said it was going to be delayed...stuff came up in the testing phase that needed to be sorted...some unexplained bugs and stuff...they are doing a fantastic job and they are hoping to release a fully polished version of it....I'm willing to wait for such free dedicated hard work for a game that has no original developer support or updates left and is over 10 years old...wouldn't you rather you had a polished version instead of a botched or buggy mod? First impressions of a mod or new game or feature are the most important aspect and if that goes amiss no one will use it much, even if afterwards they release a fixed polished version.....

I can't wait for 3.0 to release. I've already got myself and a friend already going through our old games and digging out Morrowind. Time to renew my Morrowind addiction...

It's coming out soon! The devs are just going through the final checks before release....so eagerly looking forward to it!! :D

Yeah, it's been "released" today. It's not easy to get ahold of yet which sucks for the time being. Haven't been able to find a torrent anywhere yet...It would come out the day before I go back to work! *slams pencil down on table* Damn, made a mark! *furiously erases mark*

EDIT: The Morrowind Graphics & Sound Overhaul is now up on The Pirate Bay! Hop on your "favorite" torrent site and snap this sucker up! Also, don't whine about the site, only idiots & assmasters think TPB is used strictly for piracy.
