The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

A mod for increasing shop keepers money total?
I've been all over Google trying to find a mod for Morrowind that'll increase the amount of money that the shopkeepers have. I'm carrying around loads of those Daedric swords and glass swords, and the prices on those are like... 40,000+ monies.
I don't want to waste them so I was wondering if any of you good people could help me out.
Thanks in advance! =)

I don't know of any mod's, but there is a work around you can try.

Do you use the mudcrab merchant? He has $10k available and gives you full price for your items.

You can sell him several items worth $10k each over several days, then when you want to sell your expensive items buy back all the $10k items and the merchant will have tons of cash available.

Then sell your expensive item. After selling your expensive item you can sell the cheaper $10k items back slowly each day. Repeat this process for other high value items.

I haven't been able to find the mudcrab merchant yet so I haven't tried this. I'll definitely have to hunt him down. Thanks a lot for the help! =3

Make sure you don't kill him because he looks like an ordinary mudcrab.

If you have trouble finding him you can always teleport to him using console to get an idea of where he is located. Just type in console, coe 9 -10 and you will be teleported near his location.

Instead of going thru all that garbage of a process you guys explained heres the easier solution, not really a cheat because its literally what your all doing but instead speeds up the process

More Money for Creeper mod:

More money for Morrowind Merchants (No the money is not op for them):

And ♥♥♥♥ forgot where to find the richer mudcrab mod l0l

Or, you could install a mod that reduces the prices of ebony or deadric weapons to a reasonable level. BTB's balancing mods for example. Exploitless Morrowind is a better Morrowind I say.

Yes! Thanks a lot for those links; those are what I've been looking for! I had only been able to find one mod for the merchants before, but I couldn't get it to work for some reason. x - x
Hopefully this one'll work. =3

There's these:
Adds x10 gold to all merchants :: http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/40053/?
Adds 3 merchants with 50,000 each :: http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42277/?

Personally, I opted for the x10 version .. i find it "unrealistic" for some merchants to have only 400 gold on-hand .. now that same merchants will have 4,000 .. which might be a "bit" much .... perhaps there's a way to change the x10 to x5 .. but I know nothing about altering such things.
IMO 1,000 to 2,000 should be the absolute minimum any merchant ever has .. max? i dunno. 100K maybe?

Dafuq I wasn't aware that the site no longer existed and then again I also haven't touched anything morrowind related since late 2013 rip

Going to add another link here, since anything that was on Planet Elder Scrolls can now be found at Morrowind Modding History: http://mw.modhistory.com/home

Just use Creeper and the Mudcrab Merchant.

Yeah, DEG's actually a great member of this community. Kudos to the dude for still being active, 13 years later.
