Arktwend a Morrowind TC

Arktwend is a Total Conversion for Morrowind and a really good game/mod.
There is currently a German Version of it. Im not sure if there is a English version for it.
I am not sure if the TC will work with the Steam version of Morrowind. I tried it twice and it doesnt work maybe someone In here got it to work with the Steam version. Well anyways here is the website:
