Why are these mods not working?

I was trying to install both Morrowind Overhaul and Morrowind Rebirth for the sole purpose of removing the fog so I can see the landscape in its entirety, but its does not work and I was installing the way it was supposed to.

Morrowind Overhaul is glithcy and buggy (I could see trees through mountains) and Rebirth does not work. The only mod thats similar, but I have not tried yet is MGE XE, but I do not want to create another account in another website to get it.

So does anyone know whats wrong?

these two mods dont always like each other. if you dont install them correctly you can mess them both up as i did recently. and i think mge xe comes with overhaul if i remember correctly. i ended up uninstalling morrowind and starting over. you probly are better of chosing one or the other.

No I was not trying too install both Mods at the same time, I meant I tried the Overhaul and when that did not worked I tried Rebirth, and it did not work either so what is the real problem?

i installed the overhaul and it works fine for me. not sure what the problem is for you. either you installed them wrong, forgot to check them in yourt data files in the startup menu, or some kind of computer problem. by the way what are your computer specs.

Intel 3.3 Ghz quadcore, Nvidia GTX 560ti, 8Gb RAM, Windows 7 64 bit
