Morrowind Graphics & Sound Overhaul (MGSO): Win32/zbot ml detected?

I am not even playing Morrowind or trying to install the MGSO at the moment, but while backing up my files from one drive to another, this threat was detected by the in-built Windows 10 Virus & threat protection.

I think it may be a false positive. There are numerous reports on this forum and others of the Data.exe file being detected as malware of some sort.

Why would malware target just this one file and not others on my computer? I played the game using this mod years ago and never had any problem.

Should I be worried?

Assuming that it is actually a false positive and not something that has snuck in, I'd imagine it would have something to do with it doing things automatically.
