Where can I get some good ol' medium armour?
I don't know where i can get a good full set of medium armor. The guy in balmora who sells bonemold hates me, and i dont even want armor that looks like guard armor. Also Imperial chain armor doesn't have a full set so i want to know where i can get some good chain armor.

Vivec, the Ordinators have some of the best medium armour in the game, taunt them and then kill them in self defence, no bounty plus you can loot their corpse.

OP, if you decide to do that, just remember wearing an ordinator armor in Vivec will make you a target to all ordinators. They don't appreciate some N'wah wearing their sacred armor.

In the Gorak Mansion in Caldera (not Balmora) there is a set of Orcish Armor ( whic h is medium, I believe) someone in the mansion. On top of a cabinet, maybe. You can wear this anywhere. It's either the best or second best( worse than the Ordinator's armor).

Adamantium Armor is the best, you can get in in Tribunal, or use the free add-on of the same name (official from Bethesda). There's also a decent set with the Femmebots add-on.

I'm all for discovery and surprises, but the armor's effect can easily be missed at first and as far as I know cannot be undone, ever.

Ordinators are far and few between, they stick to Vivec, Mournhold and Ghost Gate, Gnisis Mask Shrine and maybe one or two other out of the way places. You would be hard pressed to find them on the vast majority of the island or where you would actually need to use the armour.

People only need to just unequip it when in the mentioned places, for how easy it is to get, and the armour rating of it, its too good to pass up on.

Btw, one of the strongest medium armours in the game is "Her Hands" only around 5 sets avaible and they are enchanted. Infact you get a quest to kill a guy wearing a full set of it.

Orcish for regular morrowind, adamantium, royal guard, or her hands armors if tribunal, bear, snow bear, ice armor for bloodmoon are some good medium armors if you don't want bonemold or imperial chain.
Me i made a mod that changes the redguard race to have favored skills major and minor in unarmored and light armor, am currently at 100 unarmored and have 65 armor class or armor rating with just clothes on lol
