TESCS fixed for Morrowind Steam GOTY edition v161820 - VO and VF
http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42196/?
After that, when you load the CS, you should see the .esm files when you go to File->Data Files in the upper left-hand corner.
Now one thing you might want to use the disk for (if you have it) is for new object creation. With the CS disk you'll be able to grab a mesh/icon to use with a new object straight from the disk. Otherwise, you'll need to unpack Morrowind's BSA files to do the same thing with the Steam version, and you can find a BSA Unpacker here: http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/12189/?
I tried installing it just two days ago, so I know it works perfectly with the Steam version.
